The City of Mount Carmel’s Parks Department is a division of the Street Department and is responsible for maintaining Lincoln Park, Lions Club City Park, Kiwanis Park, Don Liddle Field Field, Alma McCauslin Field, and Ed Walters Park.
During Spring, Summer, and Fall months you will see the parks department busy mowing and maintaining all of the parks around Mount Carmel.
