There is hereby created a parks and recreation board for the City which shall consist of five members to be appointed by the Mayor, with the approval of the council. The commissioner of Parks and Recreation shall be a member of said board and shall control its actions. The remaining members shall act only in an advisory capacity to the commissioner of parks and recreation. Such appointed members shall serve a three-year term.
The board shall meet the 3rd Tuesday at 5:00 PM each of the following months:
March, June, September, December
