Chapter 13 - Libraries/ Article II -Library Board / Sec. 13-16. - Established; composition; appointment of members.
There is hereby established a library board to be known as the Library Board of the City of Mount Carmel, Illinois, which shall consist of nine members, who shall be appointed by the mayor by and with the consent of the city council.
