Chapter 18 - Police / Article IV. - Police Pension Fund / Sec. 18-57. - Board of trustees established; composition.
The board of trustees of the police pension fund shall consist of five members, two appointed by the mayor and two elected by the members of the police department and one elected by the beneficiaries of the pension fund. The elections shall be held on the third Monday of April and the term of each member shall be two years.
