Chapter 9 - Fire Prevention and Protection / Article IV. - Firemen's Pension Fund / Sec. 9-73. - Board of trustees.
The board of trustees of the firemen's pension fund shall consist of the city treasurer, the city clerk, the chief of the fire department and the mayor, plus three persons who shall be elected from the members of the active fire department and one person who shall be elected from the retired firemen, as is provided by statute. The firemen elected to the board shall be elected on the third Monday of April of each year for a term of three years.
