Airport Advisory Board
Chapter 3 - Airports / Article II - Mount Carmel Airport Commission / Sec. 3-16 - Created; membership.
There is hereby created the Mount Carmel Airport Commission for the city, to consist of seven members to include the following:
(a) The mayor and one member to be designated by the county board of commissioners shall be ex officio members of said airport commission with the power to vote; and
(b) Five other citizen members, all being appointed by the mayor on the basis of their particular fitness for their duty on the commission, and subject to the approval of the city council.
