Carmel, IL, until 3:00 PM local time, on Thursday,April 2, 2020 and then publicly opened. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or waiveinformality or errors in bidding, to award the contract to his interests, and to hold the bids for a period ofsixty (60) days from the bid date.PRE-BID CONFERENCEA pre-bid conference will be held at 3:00 PM local time on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at the City Hall. While attendance is not mandatory, all bidders are encouraged to attend.
