The City of Mt. Carmel is accepting bids for the demolition of a residence located 211 Hinde Street In Mt. Carmel, Illinois. The bid will be for the house only and does not include the pole building on the site. Bids are to be sealed. Bids shall be turned in at Mt. Carmel City Hall at 631 N. Market Street No later than March 6th, 2023 at 3:00 PM.
SCOPE OF WORK: THE RESIDENCE IS A TWO STORY HOME . BID SHOULD INCLUDE SITE DEMOLITION, SITE CLEANUP, LEVEL GROUND AT THE SAID PROPERTY.
