The City of Mt. Carmel is accepting bids for the demolition of a residence located 318 West 2ND Street In Mt. Carmel, Illinois. Bids are to be sealed. Bids shall be turned in at Mt. Carmel City Hall at 631 N. Market Street No later than September 19th, 2022 at 4:00 PM.
SCOPE OF WORK: THE RESIDENCE IS A TWO STORY HOME WITH A PARTIAL BASEMENT. BID SHOULD INCLUDE SITE DEMOLITION, SITE CLEANUP, LEVEL GROUND, AND RESEED THE SAID PROPERTY.
