Enterprise Zone Introduction

An Enterprise Zone is an economic development tool that allows a municipality to partner with the State to offer local and state tax and regulatory benefits to new businesses in distressed areas. The City of Mount Carmel’s Enterprise Zones which will expire December 2015.
